References to “Canadian Pharmacy Spot,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the website and platform operations unless the context clearly relates to a separate Healthcare Provider, Dispensing Pharmacy, Shipping Provider, or other third-party service.
The involvement of Canadian Pharmacy Spot in operating the website does not mean that it performs every medical, pharmacy, dispensing, payment, or delivery service described on the platform. Those services may be provided by separate professionals or organizations responsible for their own activities.
Who Provides Each Service
Different parts of a transaction may be performed by different organizations or regulated professionals. These roles should not be treated as the same legal or professional service unless they are specifically identified as being performed by the same entity.
- Platform Operator: The Platform Operator operates the website and may provide account functions, order routing, customer support, payment coordination, prescription transmission, and other administrative services. Operating the platform does not by itself constitute medical care, prescribing, or pharmacy dispensing.
- Healthcare Provider: A Healthcare Provider is the physician, nurse practitioner, or other authorized professional who performs a medical assessment or makes a prescribing decision where an online medical service is available. The Healthcare Provider is responsible for their own clinical judgment and professional obligations.
- Dispensing Pharmacy: The Dispensing Pharmacy is the licensed pharmacy that receives and reviews an eligible prescription and decides whether the medication can be lawfully and appropriately dispensed. The pharmacist and pharmacy remain responsible for the professional dispensing process.
- Shipping Provider: The Shipping Provider is the postal service, courier, or other carrier responsible for transporting a shipment after it has been released for delivery. A Shipping Provider does not make prescribing, dispensing, or other clinical decisions.
One organization may perform more than one of these roles where this is expressly identified and legally permitted. Otherwise, each provider remains responsible for the part of the service it actually performs.
Jurisdiction and Service Availability
Canadian Pharmacy Spot operates from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Access to the website from another province, territory, state, or country does not mean that every product or service shown on the website is legally available in that location.
Medical, pharmacy, dispensing, payment, and delivery services may be limited according to the laws, licensing requirements, professional standards, and shipping restrictions that apply to the patient, provider, pharmacy, or destination involved.
Eligibility to Use the Website
You must be legally capable of entering into agreements that apply to the services you request.
If you provide information or request services on behalf of another person, you must have appropriate authority to act for that person and to provide the information required for the service.

The website is not an emergency medical service. Urgent or emergency symptoms should be addressed through an appropriate emergency service or healthcare facility.
Pharmacy and Dispensing Relationship
Submitting an order or prescription through Canadian Pharmacy Spot does not mean that a particular pharmacy has accepted the prescription or agreed to dispense the medication.
The Dispensing Pharmacy independently reviews the prescription and relevant patient information. A pharmacist may request additional information, contact the patient or prescriber, decline to dispense, or take another action required by law, professional standards, patient safety, or professional judgment.
Where a medication is dispensed by a pharmacy outside Canada, that pharmacy is responsible for dispensing under the laws and professional requirements of its own jurisdiction.
Accounts and User Information
If the website provides an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Information that affects identity, medical assessment, prescription processing, payment, or delivery must be accurate and current. Material errors should be corrected as soon as possible.
You must notify Canadian Pharmacy Spot if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Payments
Payment may be processed through one or more third-party payment providers. A payment authorization or charge does not mean that a Healthcare Provider has approved treatment, that a prescription has been accepted, or that a Dispensing Pharmacy has agreed to supply medication.
Medical consultation fees, medication charges, pharmacy fees, delivery charges, taxes, and other applicable amounts may be separate depending on the service requested.
Purchases of medication and other products are also governed by the Canadian Pharmacy Spot Terms of Sale and any applicable pricing, refund, or shipping policy.
Website Information and Functionality
Canadian Pharmacy Spot takes reasonable steps to maintain useful and current website information, but medication details, prices, availability, packaging, manufacturers, regulatory status, and other information may change.
Product photographs and descriptions are for identification and informational purposes and may not always show the exact manufacturer, packaging, colour, markings, or presentation ultimately supplied by a Dispensing Pharmacy.
The website may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, security work, technical failures, external service interruptions, or other operational circumstances.
Website content does not replace individualized advice from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.
Third-Party Providers
Canadian Pharmacy Spot may use or provide access to third-party services involved in medical consultations, pharmacy dispensing, laboratory services, payment processing, technology, identity verification, fulfillment, or delivery.
A third-party provider may have its own terms, privacy practices, professional duties, and regulatory obligations. Where a third party performs a service, that provider remains responsible for the service within its own professional or operational role.
Canadian Pharmacy Spot does not control the independent clinical judgment of a Healthcare Provider or the professional dispensing judgment of a pharmacist.
International Services
Some services or medications may involve Healthcare Providers, Dispensing Pharmacies, fulfillment providers, or Shipping Providers located outside Canada.
International providers operate under the laws and regulatory requirements that apply in their own jurisdictions. A medication dispensed outside Canada is not represented as a Canadian-authorized product solely because the order was submitted through Canadian Pharmacy Spot.
Service availability may depend on the patient’s location, the dispensing jurisdiction, prescription requirements, import rules, and delivery restrictions. Canadian Pharmacy Spot may restrict or decline access to an international service where the service cannot be lawfully or appropriately provided.
Intellectual Property
Website text, original graphics, branding, logos, page layouts, and other materials created for Canadian Pharmacy Spot may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view or print website content for ordinary personal use. Unless otherwise permitted by law or authorized by Canadian Pharmacy Spot, you may not commercially republish, systematically copy, redistribute, modify, or use protected content in a way that suggests an unauthorized relationship with Canadian Pharmacy Spot.
Limits of Responsibility
Canadian Pharmacy Spot remains responsible for obligations that apply to its own operation of the website and platform. Healthcare Providers, Dispensing Pharmacies, pharmacists, Shipping Providers, and other service providers remain responsible for the duties attached to the services they perform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform Operator is not responsible for loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including external network failures, payment-provider outages, carrier disruptions, customs delays, or failures of independently operated third-party systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, professional healthcare or pharmacy obligations, privacy duties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Disputes and Complaints
If you have a concern about the website, an account, payment administration, or another service provided directly by Canadian Pharmacy Spot, contact us first so that the issue can be reviewed.
A concern involving clinical care should be directed to the Healthcare Provider responsible for that service. A concern involving dispensing or pharmacy practice should be directed to the Dispensing Pharmacy and, where appropriate, the pharmacy regulator with jurisdiction over that pharmacy. Delivery concerns may also require contact with the applicable Shipping Provider.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use any complaint process, consumer protection remedy, regulatory process, tribunal, or court available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a right to bring a dispute before a court where that right cannot legally be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to a user, patient, provider, or transaction in another jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other legislation.
Changes to These Terms
Canadian Pharmacy Spot may update these Terms when the website, services, provider arrangements, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen where applicable law protects those rights.
